21 files in New York were combined with 2 files in New Jersey. Redundant files were merged, Obsolete files were discarded.
Data from multiple copies of the primary New Jersey file, where each user had their own copy, was imported into a unified copy and duplicate data eliminated.
New relationships, navigation scripts, and scripts to create new records in newly related files, were defined.
Then as soon as FileMaker 6 was installed on all users' computers, the solution was updated to FileMaker 6.
